Students, unemployed individuals, and senior citizens pay 50% of conference fee (having taken into account the above table).
The conference fee can be paid to the bank account MUST provide the tax identification number (NIP) if an invoice is needed.. It’s number will be delivered to you via email confirming your conference registration.
NOTE: Registration will be recognized as a completed one, once the conference fee will be made.
Conference fee will not be returned in the case of not participating in the conference.
Conference fee is the same regardless one attends the whole conference or e.g. half of the day.
The conference program does not cover Thursday breakfast, it does cover however Sunday breakfast. Thursday breakfast one can purchase individually.
Conference fee will:
- cover essential conference materials (xero, badges);
- will help to subsidize participants from outside of the European Union;
- allow to honor the work of those participants who will conduct lectures, workshops, panels or supervision, as well as volunteers. We plan on covering their costs of accommodation.

- Meals and accommodation fees one may pay on site only in zloty.
Center offers mainly two- and three-person rooms. There is a limited number of single-person rooms. Please make a note in the suggestions section (see the registration link) regarding a room of your preference. You may indicate a person with whom you would like to share it.
We do not guarantee the place in a single room. Allocation of single rooms will be based on the order of registrations (confirmed by payment of the conference fee).
Organizing committee of the NEST conference will be allocating rooms for the participants. Center will not be involved in the booking process.
- Conference center will issue receipts for meals and accommodation.
- NEST will issue the invoice confirming the payment of the conference fee.
- If possible please register by the end of July. It will help with logistics.
- in the case you cancel your reservation, please notify us without delay.
We plan six supervision groups, with two supervisors per each group. We believe that supervision could be a valuable experience to reflect upon the client and the role of the therapist from a number of different perspectives. Also, analyzing the multicontextuality of psychotherapy process without expecting the ultimate or the most efficient solution could be inspirational. Supervisee may present material from or outside the NEST program. In each case, please come prepared to avoid ad hoc presentation of the therapy material.

Our evening celebration will be full of games, singing and small talks. Please feel free to bring any spécialité de la maison from your country or region. Participants from each country are encouraged also to prepare a short artistic program.
